J. Francois Eid, M.D. is the director of Advanced Urologic Care in New York City and a world-renowned surgeon with a specialty in penile implants for erectile dysfunction. At the time Dr. Eid approached Aurora Medical Design, he had a fairly basic, minimally optimized website that didn’t have a large capacity for information. Dr. Eid had built an impressive body of articles and patient education videos and felt frustrated that he didn’t have the proper means to distribute them widely. Dr. Eid was also interested in setting up a phone consultation function on his site so that patients who aren’t in the New York area could schedule and order a phone conversation with Dr. Eid.
Aurora IT built an extensive site for Dr. Eid, packed with patient education information and treatment options. He retained his original logo. Aurora IT took pictures of Dr. Eid at his office and designed an original flash animation header. His office manager frequently uses the professional content management system on which Dr. Eid’s website is based and finds it is very intuitive to manage. Dr. Eid has told Aurora IT that his new website exceeds his expectations.
